This board meets quarterly at 10:00 a.m. in the Commission Chambers in City Hall.
The board consists of five (5) members: Two (2) employees, two (2) residents and 5th
member chosen by majority of the previous four (4) members. The members will serve
four (4) year terms.
The Board of Trustees of the City of Ocoee Municipal General Employees' Retirement Trust Fund has provided a
booklet that explains the terms and conditions of the General Employees' Pension Plan. Participants in the
Fund are included in a program of defined benefits to help meet their financial needs at retirement.

GENERAL EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT SUMMARY PLAN DESCRIPTION
The information in this booklet is only a summary of the pension plan ("Plan") as provided in the ordinances of the
City of Ocoee. If there are any conflicts between the information in this booklet and the ordinances of the City of Ocoee,
the ordinances shall govern. The provisions of this Summary Plan Description shall not constitute a contract between the
Member and the Board of Trustees. The Plan shall be administered in accordance with state and federal law, notwithstanding
any provisions in this booklet or ordinances to the contrary. A copy of the ordinance establishing the Plan can be obtained
from the City Clerk's office.
