As of 2006, public records have been scanned and
stored in Laserfiche, an electronic document
imaging system. All current information such as
agendas, agenda packets, Commission and Board
minutes, contracts, ordinances, and resolutions
can be accessed by the public via our webpage
right from home.
Under Florida law, e-mail addresses are public records. If you do not want your email address released in response to a public-records request,
do not send electronic mail to the City. Instead, contact us by phone or in writing.
