DEVELOPMENT REVIEW


		The City of Ocoee's Engineering Department is responsible for the plan review of all site plans for new residential and commercial developments submitted for permit in the City of Ocoee as well as the City's Capital Improvement projects. The plans are reviewed for compliance with the City of Ocoee's standards and codes and the appropriate Water Management District and State Agency regulations.
