	CIP The Capital Investment Program proposes, designs, and manages the City's infrastructure projects.	GIS Geographic Information System creates, updates and maintains City maps.

	DEVELOPMENT REVIEW Review infrastructure of all residential and commercial site plans.	INSPECTIONS Inspect all residential and commercial infrastructure.

	RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMITTING Review, permit and inspect all work done in the City's rights-of-way.	PLATTING Route, review and coordinate plats with other city departments.
