PRELIMINARY PLANNING STAGE - SUBDIVISION & SITE PLANS

Arden Park North
– Clarcona-Ocoee Road, proposed 445 single-family residential units and 322 townhouse units on 313.34 acres.

City Place At Maguire
- (fka Professional Parkway Town Center) 1601 Maguire Road, 10.8 acres proposed to have 111 condo units, a 5 story, 130 room hotel with 300-seat restaurant, 3 story parking garage with 134-seat restaurant, a 6 story office building , a bank and 3,000 sq ft retail building.

Downtown Ocoee
(fka Maine Street Parcels) – Parcels of land at SR 50 and Bluford totaling approximately 33 acres, proposed to be a mixed use commercial/residential development. (Annexation approved in December 2006, Ord. 2006-022.)

Eagle Creek of Ocoee
– Proposed 62 townhouses, 213 residential units, 10 'Estate' units at ± 1/2 acre, 24 'Manor' units at ± 1/4 acre, 28 'Village' units at ± 1/6 acre, 151 'Cottage' units at 3,750 sq. ft. off of Ocoee-Apopka Road and Fullers Cross Road.

East Crown Point High Tech Industry PUD
– approximately 45 acres at 843 East Crown Point Rd proposed to be annexed and rezoned to General Industrial, with a Comprehensive Plan Amendment of the Future Land Use Map to Light Industrial.

The Fountains at Highland Park
– Proposal to rezone 12.34 acre parcel off Tomyn Road to Planned Unit Development and build a commercial development with day-care center, medical and general office space and restaurant/retail areas.

Health Central Medical Office Building
– Rezoning, Annexation and Small Scale Comprehensive Plan Amendment on 9.82 acre parcel in Health Central’s Master Plan. Proposed new Medical Office Building, an 80,000 square food, 6-story medical office building and associated site improvements, including realignment of the perimeter road. On the south and southwest area of the hospital grounds.

Marshall Farms Warehouse
- 1.24 acres at the SW corner of Good Homes Road and SR 50, proposed 1 story, 3905 square foot McDonald's Fast Food Restaurant with Drive-through.

Ocoee Town Shops
– 9701 West Colonial Drive, 3.30 acres for proposed commercial/ restaurant/retail use: Restaurant – 8, 087 sq ft – completion by 2010; Commercial/Retail – 15,525 sq ft – completion by 2010; Bank/Commercial — 4,500 sq ft — completion by 2010.

Silver Star Retail Center
– 2.99 acres on the south side of Silver Star Road, west of Silver Bend. 10,800 square foot retail building, with 6,000 square feet reserved for future expansion.

West Colonial Property (Walia)
– Proposed two 80-100 room hotels on 6.9 acres at 11700, 11736, and 11752 West Colonial Drive.

Westgate Resort Call Center Expansion
– 4-story, 185,000 sq ft parking garage for call-center employees, and 7,560 sq ft Restaurant on 14.98 acres.
 

FINAL PLANNING STAGE - SUBDIVISIONS

Arden Park South
– Clarcona-Ocoee Road, proposed 157 single-family residential units on 98.5 acres.

Casa Mirella at Belmere
(fka Belmere Shoppes) – 26.64 acres on the southwest corner of Maguire Road at Roberson Road, (Maguire Shoppes2 71/54 Lot 1).  Proposed 216 unit Multi-family, 85-bed Assisted Living Facility & +/- 20,000 sq ft Retail Commercial Mixed-use Development.  To be built in five phases.

Chateau Reserve
– South of Maguire Rd from Colonial, turn right on Roberson, turn right on Windermere Rd. Property just across from Warrior Rd. Proposed Large Scale Site Plan with 22 single-family residential units on 8.84 acres.

F/X Warehouse Complex
– 29.89 acres at 950 N. Lakewood Ave. Proposed 6,000 square-foot office space, 70,000 square-foot manufacturing space and 172,000 square-foot warehouse space.

Ingram Estates
– 33.5 acres located on southeast corner of McCormick Road and Ingram Road. Intersection, proposing 107 single-family residential sites.

Oak Trail Reserve PUD*
– North side of Clarcona-Ocoee Road where it intersects with the railroad. This residential development proposes 80 townhouse lots on 37 acres.

Ocoee Pines
(fka Whispering Pines) – 154 Townhouses and 189 single-family residential lots located in northeast corner of intersection of West Street and Jay Street.

Villa Roma Townhomes
– (fka Roma Villa) West side of Clarke Rd, north of AD Mims Rd and south of Clarcona-Ocoee Rd (across from T-intersection of Hackney Prairie & Clarke Rd.) – proposed 52 1538 sq. ft. townhouse units.

West End Professional Park
– south side of Old Winter Garden Road and 330 feet east of Maguire Road; 13 lots proposed light industrial.
 

FINAL PLANNING STAGE - SITE PLANS

Crystal Investment Business Plaza
– NW intersection of Silver Star Road & Ridgefield Avenue. 1.727 acre site proposed to use 8,970 sq ft first floor for Commercial Retail and 8,970 sq ft second floor for Office Space.

Diplomat Tower
– 6.256 acre parcel at 11105 Tomyn Road, proposed 3 story office building.

Freeman Commerce Center
– 450 Ocoee Apopka Road, proposed 147,468 square foot office/warehouse buildings on 11.44 acre site.

Glad Tidings Assembly of God Church Expansion
– 2009 Fullers Cross Road. Proposed 20,000 sq. ft. 2-story addition with a school/office/ w/Parking. Phase II of a four-phase project

Hampton Inn
– Southeast intersection of W. Colonial Drive and Florida’s Turnpike. Proposed 4-story, 101-room Hampton Inn Hotel (15,688 square feet).

Lake Butler Professional Campus
– at the northeast corner of Maguire Road and Tomyn Road. Proposed six professional office buildings.

Marshall Farms Business Center
– 8.16 acres proposed for “Warehouse/Office/Retail use.” Phase 1—1 story 26,000 sq ft warehouse building; Phase 2—1 story 10,000 square ft retail building.

Mi Ranchito Market
– South side of W. Silver Star Road, east of Taylor Street. This commercial development will include a total of 17,554 square feet retail space.

Oaks Commerce Centre
– Lot 1 at the Goodman Centre, proposed 15,000 square-foot commercial building.

Ocoee Oaks United Methodist Church Addition
– 201 South Clarke Road. Proposed 5,000 sq. ft. 2-story addition of a classroom to the existing building.

Ocoee Relief Middle School
– (aka Ingram Road Middle School). Proposed new 3-story Middle School at the intersection of Ingram Road and Cemetery Road.

Shoppes at the Village
300 North Bluford Avenue. .91 acre parcel with proposed Retail spaces.

Silver Ridge Crossing
– 13,515 sq ft Retail Center proposed at 1478 E. Silver Star Road.

West Orange Investments
– 2.23 acres at the NE corner of the intersection of SR 50 and Marshall Farms Road – proposed storage facility with associated infrastructure.

West RV & Boat Storage
– 9.85 acres at Ocoee Apopka Road, across from the West Orange Girls Club, proposed 720 square foot office and storage space.
 

UNDER CONSTRUCTION

Citrus Medical and Executive Park
– South side of Old Winter Garden Road and runs along the west line of Vanguard Heights Subdivision west of Matador Drive. This development will include 28,670 square feet of medical offices and 35,838 square feet of professional offices.

Eagles Landing
– West of Ocoee-Apopka Road 1,200 feet north of West Road. This residential development proposes 97 single-family residential lots.

Forestbrooke, Phase 3
– South side of McCormick Road, 750 feet east of Ocoee-Apopka Road (C.R. 437); east of Phase 1 and south of Phase 2. This residential development will include 140 single-family residential lots in Phase 3.

Ingram Trails
– 1210 W. McCormick Road (northwest corner of Clarcona-Ocoee Rd. and Ingram Rd.). Proposed 55 single family homes on 20.48 acres.

Lakewood Manor
(fka Lakewood Estates) – 15.8 acres located west of the intersection of Lakewood Avenue and Wurst Road, proposing 54 single-family residential units.

McCormick Woods
– South side of McCormick Road between the Western Expressway (S.R. 429) and Ingram Road. This residential development proposes 182 single-family residential lots in two phases.

McDonald's at Shoppes of West Oaks
- 843 Marshall Farms Road, proposed 50,750 sq ft warehouse on 4.29 acres.

Meadow Ridge (Residential)
– Southeast corner of Moore Road and Maguire Road. The residential part of this development proposes 152 single-family residential lots.

Maguire Shoppes (aka Meadow Ridge Commercial)
- SE corner of Maguire Road and Moore Road, proposed four 8,200 sq ft office, 45,976 sq ft mixed office & retail, one 4,124 sq ft 5/3 Bank on 8/25 acres.

Prairie Lake Reserve PUD
– East and west of Clarke Road, north of A.D. Mims Road. This previously approved PUD is being amended to add 31 acres (Tract D) for 169 townhouse lots, for a total of 296 acres for the entire PUD. The PUD already contains Wentworth and Westchester subdivisions (Tract E) now completed construction; Tract A is 37.5 acres for 385 multi-family units; Tract G is 12.5 acres for 88 townhouse units; Tracts B and C are for up to 125,000 square feet of commercial.

Reserve at Meadow Lake
(fka Prairie Lake Tract A) – 37.5 acres for 87 single-family residential units, and 126 townhomes, located east and west of Clarke Road, north of A.D.Mims Road.

Shoppes at West Oaks / Aldi Food Store
-- 8800 West Colonial Drive. 43,890 sq. ft. retail strip center with 3 outparcels fronting West Colonial Drive on 8.46 acres.

Slone Landing
(fka Foote Residential Property) – Property is located east of abandoned CSX Railroad. 4 single-family residential units with a minimum living area of 1400 square feet.

Towns of Westyn Bay PUD*
– North side of Ocoee-Crown Point Parkway, west of Ocoee-Apopka Road and southeast of Westyn Bay single-family residential units subdivision. The residential development will include 172 townhouse lots on 18.3 acres.

Villas of Woodsmere
– West Colonial Drive and Good Homes Road, behind Good Homes Plaza. 64 townhouse units on 6.4 acres.

Villages of Wesmere
– To consist of 369 townhouses. Located in southeast corner of Maguire Road and Florida's Turnpike, across from Tomyn Boulevard.

West 50 Commercial Subdivision
– 12.24 acres located at 11890 W. Colonial Drive, proposed to be 4 commercial lots, 60 foot right-of-way, and wet detention.

Westyn Bay – Phases 4 & 5
– West side of Ocoee-Apopka Road (SR 437), just north of West Road. Continuation of residential subdivision formerly known as Avanti-West Groves. There are 70 Single-family residential units planned for Phases 4 & 5.
