FINANCE DIRECTOR

Wanda Horton is the Finance Director for the City of Ocoee, a position she has held for fourteen years. She earned a B.A. in Economics from Spelman College. Wanda has been with the City eighteen years and has over twenty-four years of governmental accounting experience. She also has experience in the banking industry previously employed as an accountant and auditor. Wanda is currently a member of the Government Finance Officers Association, Florida Government Finance Officers Association, Institute of Internal Auditors, and National Institute of Government Purchasers.
