Pay by Phone

Call 1-866-974-2058 to pay your bill by phone through Point & Pay. Please have your account number & a valid credit card with a Visa or MasterCard logo ready when calling. A convenience fee does apply.

Pay Online

Pay bill online. Your PIN is the last four digits of your social security number. If this does not work, please send an e-mail to ebilling@ci.ocoee.fl.us or call (407) 905-3100 x.1036 to set up your PIN.

Customer Service

Stop by City Hall at 150 N. Lakeshore Drive to pay your bill in person at the Utility Counter. Now accepting credit cards for Utility Payments and Deposits, Occupational Licenses, Building Permits, and Contractor Registrations. Fees apply.
 
 
Drop Payment in Box
Drop Box

Drop your payment in the stainless steel box located in the public parking lot outside City Hall. The drop box is emptied at 10:00am, Monday through Friday. Payments placed in the box may not be posted until the next business day.

You can have your payment automatically deducted each month from your checking or savings account. This service is free and the deductions occur on or about the tenth of each month. Mail completed form and a voided check to the Utility Counter at City Hall.
