The City of Ocoee staff evaluates all suggested links based
on the following criteria:
- Is the suggested website owned or supported by a
government agency located within the United States?
- Does the suggested website provide information or services
for a governmental agency located within the United States?
- Does the suggested website provide information or services
complementing those offered by the City of Ocoee?
- Is the suggested website accessible and applicable to the
public?
- Is the suggested website's content relevant, useful, and
authoritative for City of Ocoee elected officials, staff,
citizens, businesses, and visitors?
- Is the suggested website's information accurate and
current?
- Does the suggested website cross agency or
intergovernmental boundaries?
- Does the suggested website enable City of Ocoee staff,
elected officials, citizens, businesses, and visitors conduct
online transactions on behalf of the City?
The City may add a link to any government or quasi-government
website unless specifically directed otherwise by the agency
owning the website. The City may also add links to
non-government web sites that provide information or services on
behalf of the City of Ocoee. The City will not link to any
website that expresses hate, bias, or discrimination. The
City reserves the right to deny or remove any link that contains
misleading, unsubstantiated, or erroneous information.
The City of Ocoee web site contains many links to websites of
other agencies and organizations. These linked sites are
provided solely as a convenience to our residents, businesses,
and visitors. Please note that selecting a link to an
outside agency means you are leaving the City of Ocoee website
and makes you subject to linked website owner's privacy and
security policies, and not those of the City of Ocoee.
