Deposit fee must be paid
in full to secure rental. Deposit refund
check will be cut and mailed to the
address on the rental application. Check
runs are twice per month. There is a
$25.00 cancellation fee. Deposit is
refunded within 30 days after the event
as long as the facility was left clean
with no damage.
