AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR RECLAIM CUSTOMERS

If you are experiencing little to no water pressure in your irrigation system, please contact the Utilities Department at (407) 905-3159 before contacting your irrigation specialist.

Due to periods of high demand, the reclaim system may experience a shortage in supply. As this occurs, we may periodically need to shut down the system to replenish it. Please check back or watch Ocoee TV for updates.

While Spring is here and we are still experiencing dry weather, the Utilities Department would like to remind residents using reclaimed water that while you may irrigate any day, you may not irrigate between the hours of 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. This helps to promote healthier lawns and landscapes and also promotes water conservation. The City appreciates its customers embracing the use of reclaim.
