Facilities
Maintenance is responsible for routine and emergency
maintenance of City buildings and structures, and janitorial
services. Topics and issues addressed by the division
include the following:
- Routine and emergency building maintenance
- A/C, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Routine janitorial service
- Minor building modifications
- Planning and administration of facilities

Janitorial Staff
We have a staff of 3 full time and 2 part time employees.
These staff members provide janitorial services for a total of
420,000 square feet of buildings per week, including City Hall,
Police, Human Resources, Fire stations, Mall PD sub-station,
Public Works Complex, Beech Recreation Center, Vignetti
Recreation, Ison Senior Center, CID, Wastewater Plant, and the
Health Clinic.Recent Projects
- Complete remodel at 17 E. Oakland Avenue for the employee
Health Clinic.
