FACILITIES MAINTENANCE
Facilities Maintenance is responsible for routine and emergency maintenance of City buildings and structures, and janitorial services.  Topics and issues addressed by the division include the following:
  • Routine and emergency building maintenance
  • A/C, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Routine janitorial service
  • Minor building modifications
  • Planning and administration of facilities

Janitorial Staff
We have a staff of 3 full time and 2 part time employees.  These staff members provide janitorial services for a total of 420,000 square feet of buildings per week, including City Hall, Police, Human Resources, Fire stations, Mall PD sub-station, Public Works Complex, Beech Recreation Center, Vignetti Recreation, Ison Senior Center, CID, Wastewater Plant, and the Health Clinic.

  • Complete remodel at 17 E. Oakland Avenue for the employee Health Clinic.
