RECYCLING

Recycling is collected once per week on your 2nd trash collection day. Your bins must be placed curbside by 6:00 A.M. The following materials may be placed in the bins:

Newspaper and magazines
Plastic beverage containers (with a 1 or 2 symbol)
Glass bottles
Aluminum beverage cans
Steel cans including (tin)
Telephone books
Pasteboard (i.e., cereal boxes, empty paper towel and toilet paper rolls and shoe boxes)
Empty aerosol cans
Plastic bottles #3-#7 with a neck
All drink boxes and milk/juice cartons.

Residents are encouraged to reuse or recycle the materials they purchase to keep our City a healthier place for future generations to enjoy. For more information call the Public Works Department at 407-905-3170.
