RECYCLING
Recycling is collected once per week on your 2nd trash collection day.  Your bins must be placed curbside by 6:00 A.M. The following materials may be placed in the bins:
  • Newspaper and magazines
  • Plastic beverage containers (with a 1 or 2 symbol)
  • Glass bottles
  • Aluminum beverage cans
  • Steel cans including (tin)
  • Telephone books
  • Pasteboard (i.e., cereal boxes, empty paper towel and toilet paper rolls and shoe boxes)
  • Empty aerosol cans
  • Plastic bottles  #3-#7 with a neck
  • All drink boxes and milk/juice cartons.

Residents are encouraged to reuse or recycle the materials they purchase to keep our City a healthier place for future generations to enjoy.  For more information call the Public Works Department at 407-905-3170.
