our salaries, which is comparable with any of the surrounding
agencies in Central Florida. We also have an excellent benefits
package. The current starting salary is $40,500 a year.

The Ocoee Police Department employs 43 civilians in a
variety of positions. Non-Sworn positions are found in the
Communications Center, Crime Analysis, Evidence, School Crossing
Guards, Records, and Administrative Services.
As the fastest growing city in Orange County-- and soon to
be the second largest in population only to Orlando- the City of
