Bicycle Registrations:

Bicycle registration information will be maintained within the Ocoee Police Department for future reference in the event your bicycle is lost or stolen. A registration number will be placed on your bicycle. The type of information that will be recorded, but not limited to:

  • Brand
  • Make/Model
  • Serial Number
  • Owner Applied Number
  • Bicycle Description and Accessories

In order for your bicycle to be registered, you must bring the bicycle along with proof of ownership and valid picture identification to the police headquarters at 175 N Bluford Ave, Ocoee, FL 34761.  You may register your bicycle at any time, Monday through Sunday. There is no charge to register your bicycle. Bicyclists and passengers under age 16 are required to wear helmets approved by ANSI, Snell or other standard helmets recognized by Florida. Bicycle helmets are recommended for all ages.

Contesting a Citation:

You have the right to contest a Uniform Traffic Citation or Parking Violation within fourteen (14) calendar days after the date the ticket was issued. To accomplish this, open the Contesting Affidavit PDF , print it off, fill it out completely, have the Affidavit notarized and attach any photographs, diagrams or other materials you deem relevant to the infraction. Return all materials with a $10.00 fee via Cash or Money Order to:
