Public Hearings

With the exception of emergency ordinances, municipalities are required, by Florida State Statutes, to present new ordinances at two (2) City Commission meetings, the second of which is to be a public hearing for that ordinance. The city also has other public hearings concerning general issues such as annexations, land use, etc. These public hearings will all be announced here with a link to a short description of each item to be presented. All public hearings will be held in the Commission Chambers at City Hall, unless otherwise noted, located at: 150 N. Lakeshore Drive Ocoee, FL 34761.
