In efforts to "Green Up" Fifty West, the Ocoee Community Redevelopment Agency completed the South Blackwood Avenue Refresh Project in 2018. This refresh included replacing dead palms and declining plants, adding grasses, improving the irrigation, and adding a fresh layer of mulch.
