Unity Park Grand Opening

You’re invited to a grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony for Unity Park!

The ceremony will be held on Tuesday, October 10 at 10:30 a.m., 130 North Cumberland Avenue. We will also recognize and celebrate the 100 Year Anniversary of the “Town of Ocoee”.  As part of the grand opening celebration, the West Oaks Library will set up a StoryWalk® along the park’s walking path featuring the book Breathe and Be: A Book of Mindfulness Poems. Attendees are invited to take a stroll and enjoy reading in the outdoors. Unity Park is the first of its kind in Ocoee. It provides a scenic environment for residents to enjoy while also serving as a space to naturally treat and store stormwater runoff. Refreshments will be served after the ceremony.
