What is Florida State Statute 316.0085?: Any person who participates in or assists in skateboarding, in-line skating, freestyle and off-road bicycling assumes the known and unknown inherent risks in these activities irrespective of age, and is legally responsible for all damages, injury or death to himself or herself or other persons or property which result from these activities. 4. What is Action Sports Park Etiquette?: Action Sports Park Etiquette is a set of rules universally followed to avoid chaos and prevent injuries. It's an informal code of conduct that is widely accepted and adopted by park users that minimizes heated discussions and, in some cases, prevents physical aggression.

5. Is there a cost to use the Action Sports Park?: There is no charge to use the Action Sports Park. This is free to use as long as you fill out the proper waivers.
