1. Do I have to wear protective gear?: YES! All riders must wear an ANSI-approved helmet with securely fastened chinstrap. Required safety equipment – helmet, proper shoes. Recommended safety equipment – knee and elbow pads, wrist supports, and gloves.

2. What is Florida State Statute 316.0085?: Any person who participates in or assists in skateboarding, in-line skating, freestyle and off-road bicycling assumes the known and unknown inherent risks in these activities irrespective of age, and is legally responsible for all damages, injury or death to himself or herself or other persons or property which result from these activities. 3. Where can I drop off my signed waivers?: You can drop off your signed waivers at one of two locations. The Jim Beech Recreation Center located at 1820 A.D. 4. What is Action Sports Park Etiquette?: Action Sports Park Etiquette is a set of rules universally followed to avoid chaos and prevent injuries. It's an informal code of conduct that is widely accepted and adopted by park users that minimizes heated discussions and, in some cases, prevents physical aggression.
